Forecast calls for 66 and sunny, so I will head over for a while.

Hard to get a read on many things, but I will be interested to see the special teams.

- Attendance numbers and fan sentiment.

- Wide outs: With Scotty out, who is targeted and are they catching the ball?

- Linebackers. Strength of the team? Could be the best group in years.

- Linemen: Not getting injured. Not offsides.

i just hope they appear somewhat polished and crisp as a team.

I think attendance might be good. I'm planning on going and I usually bring +2, but this year might get as many as +8. If the weather is nice, it is a good excuse to get out there and have a few beers. As for what I am looking to see:

Clemons - hoping he is as good as advertised
Kasa - I want to see if we have a legit edge presence
O-line - want to see some sort of blocking and blitz pickup
Orms - just hearing about this kid makes me glad he is a buff
Major - hopefully he recovered from his injury and is ready to go.

Since I don't want to put too much thought into a good performance by the O or D as they are playing each other, I will be most focused on Cody and Tyler individually to see how that race is really going. And special teams.

Lord, if I come away impressed it will be a miracle. But I expect the beers and the company to be good.

I will be bringing my cleats in case they decide to audition kickers right out of the stands.

All I want is good effort and no injuries.

This will be baby SINKRATZ's first time seeing the Buffs live - she was born during the 4th quarter of the Okie St game last year (which was on the delivery room TV) and she is really hoping to see some improvement.

- Play selection between the different QB's, and which WR's are on the field each time
- If Cody still has to take a 3-5 step drop out of the shot gun in order to throw the ball over the line
- Whether our D-line throws in some stunts and other curve balls, and whether our o-line can pick them up
- Who is playing center, and are they able to make line calls
- The reaction of the crowd if certain things happen

Last year I had two drunk girls sitting behind me doing play by play. It was allsome. I wish I could have those girls behind me again.

I'll be interested in finding out how many times Hawkins uses the terms "awesome" and "little things" in his post-game comments. Otherwise, I have a 7-year old's soccer game to attend that day. Darn.

If I were going I would look to see if Bohn has actually started to look like a drippy phallus or does he only sound like one. His latest quotes on the lack of support making this team less competitive just set in stone that I won't be going or supporting the program or the school in any way until at least hawk is gone

I'm going to hear what the fans are saying; it's generally entertaining. Because the people @ the spring game are the hard core; like here. I'm not going to let Cawk ruin my tradition of meeting friends & having a good time in Boulder. Plus, seeing what nonsensical schemes they will be running on O and D should entertain me. It's a comedy, err Greek tragedy.

Then happy hour @ the med, most likely the best part of the day.

I had a weird dream the other day that the team came out playing soccer. But would that really surprize anyone?

It's one of the little things that Hawk is throwing into the mix to keep the team fresh. You know, sometimes you have to try something a little different and see how it works.

I hear they need to work on the little things. They were 5 kicks away from winning it all too.

66 And sunny.... Nice.

Hmmm, I think I'll have to skip it this year to go climbing in Eldo instead.

why don't you climb in the morning and hit the spring game later. I am planning on getting a few turns in and make it to boulder in time to have some beers before the game starts.
