Hopefully we can get this guy. I hear he is a man on fire. He brings it like a hurricane and we will remember this titan forever. Hopefully we can get him in here for a training day, we don't want to lose him to the crimson tide. Do we have an inside man to help us with him? This dude has some size that gives me deja vu of michael westbrook and you know he got game. The way he can plow through defenders, we can call him the bone collector. He could be unstoppable.

 sort of lame in a funny way, but clever. I'm going to have to rep you for the thought out effort.

:lol:Yes the way this program has fallen. He could return CU to its former glory.:smile2:

I've heard he may be much ado about nothing. But personally I think we need to get him. He's the kind of guy we want. He has power. If you've seen his videos, it's like a soldier's story. He's got courage under fire, and he comes after opponents like an american gangster. I really think he could have a great career at CU, then go on to glory someplace like Philadelphia. I just hope we can keep him for four years and he doesn't cry freedom and leave early.

He's also a great kid off the field. A great debater and approaches virtuosity musically. Also a great character guy. We're not going to end up reading about him fooling around with the preacher's wife or getting accused of anything by some devil in a blue dress. We need to get him in and get him committed early. Don't want to run out of time.

Similar size/speed as Jarrod Darden. Definitely a guy to keep an eye on.

Here's some info from the new Rivals article:

Washington said he is on Texas A&M's recruiting radar. His best friend and former high school teammate Mister Jones signed with the Aggies in February.

Colorado is another college of interest.

"Last year CU gave me tickets to sit in the recruit section and I went to all of their home games," Washington said. "It was awesome to be in the locker room before and after the games."

**************

Obviously, losing Mister Jones is biting us on this one. Hopefully we overcome it.

Should have left it alone. If you use everything, you are trying to hard. You should know this.

Well sure, if I used everything. But I didn't - you're obviously forgetting about Mississippi Masala, Malcolm X, The Pelican Brief and The Manchurian Candidate. I didn't use any of them... :smile2:

So, to get back on topic here... There's a whole lot of threads on WR going up all of a sudden. Is that a position we're going to need to load up on in this class?? I know we're loaded there right now, but I guess we do have quite a few upperclassmen this year. Is that why we've got so many prospects showing up??

Yep. We may take as many as 3 WRs this cycle. It's definitely a position of emphasis in recruiting this year. Plus, there is more in-state talent at the position than usual and we give extra attention to those guys.

A little late to the party, White Rabbit. You ****. :smile2:

Still no offers. Definite walk on target. Great size for the position.

Donnie Jennert Pt.2?

There's a guy we shouldn't have let get away.

I don't think that Washington is on that level, but who knows. Jennert wasn't very coveted. I think he had BCS offers, though.
