Why not have a pedestrian ramp like this during football games so you can cross the ramp anytime instead of having to wait when the team is coming on or off the field.

Ideally, I would love to see this end enclosed with seats someday, but that wont happen anytime soon.

sorry but that thing is an eyesore. You would be looking at some sweet mountains if the ramp wasn't there.
 
Aren't those sections under Dal Ward where the AllBuffs season tix are? I don't want those slackers and the other riff-raff coming over to my section. Keep the little people in the place.

No. The allbuffs season tix are in the horseshoe - second level - above the students.
