And doesn't add two more teams, do they still have divisions and a championship game? Or do you think it would be similar to the way the Big 11 and Pac 10 have worked until now?
In this scenario, the Big XII would have 10 teams and the Big 10 would have 12 teams.
How the **** am I supposed to explain this to my kid?

I also see TCU and Houston or UTEP jumping to join in an instant with some other schools in the region like SMU, Tulsa, etc lining up to grab any open spaces.
How much money does the CCG generate ?
Does the Big12 have a unanimous vote requirement for expansion like the Pac does? If so, I wonder if TCU will regret their very public petition to keep Baylor out of their conference if the Big12 dissolves.
Conference meeting:
Texas: We move for the extension of an invitation to TCU to join the conference.
3 or 4 other teams: ( jumping up together) Second the motion our lords.
Baylor: Wait a minute, these guys tried to keep us out of the conference before, I'm not sure I . . .
Texas: (Cutting Baylor off mid-sentence) I said we make a motion. Do you want us to allow you to be a part of this or not.
Baylor: We appologize, your wish is our command our lords. May we kiss your boots again!
Texas: All in favor, approved unanimously.
