Katoa is a mormon.

As a non-LDS member (i.e. non Mormon) who has a large percentage of my business in Utah, I can definitely say that Katoa is not a PRACTICING mormon. As with nearly all Polynesians in Utah, they came here at one time as part of the LDS church. So it's a pretty good bet that Katoa's roots were Mormon.

But what is your point of this ridiculous post? Did a Ute fan hijack your account? Who cares what religion he was or was at one time?

Need to call you out on this one. Religious bias and discrimination doesn't belong on this board. I thought we were leaving the Rednecks behind in Texas!

I tend to agree with your post. However, I think Sacky was unable to resist making a word play off of another thread titled, "Katoa is a Moron", and nothing more.

i agree. While we might think that Mormons have a crazy religion we shouldn't judge. Besides they are not as bat**** crazy as scientologists.

And don't even get me started on the Methodists...

It's totally uncool to bring Hasidic Jews into this thread.

Oops.

Whatever. I met some Zoroastrians on Spring Break once. They were pussies.

i think only half of them can be pussies. they have that Manichean dualism thing going IIRC. so, the other half of them have to be badasses. balance of light/dark; good/evil; spring break pussies/spring break badasses.

it's the Urantists i cannot abide.

In your opinion, is BCS a Zoroastrian?

I give this thread 3 thumbs up.

Just like my god told me to....

Katoa is not a Mormon, nor is he even a "Jack Mormon" (the so-called Mormon who drinks like a fish, gambles like there is no tomorrow, drinks coke....the heathen caffeine, and smokes till high heaven), but still spends all day Sunday at the temple. No, he is a bad seed. Still would have been cool to see him on the field on Saturday afternoons.
