CU’s Rodney Stewart OK after car accident

"He got smashed by a car..." Does that mean he was a pedestrian and was hit or was he in a car that got hit? WTF? He was probably hit by a pick-up truck.

Thank God the truck was travelling so slowly, DBT. If he'd been hit by a car--at the speeds they travel--his career would probably be over.

I'm pretty sure one of your family members was driving, by the way. What have you heard from your daughter?

Never been around anyone as opinionated about pick-ups as yourself. You crack me up.

Glad he is okay. I think he is a special player. I still can't believe a 175 pound guy can bench 400. Unbelievable.

in addition to the kid's health, not sure we've got the margin for error to be losing our best guys for non-football related reasons. sheesh, what a relief.

 Yeah, I'll never complain about slow trucks if, indeed, he was hit by a truck. My daughter don't drive no pick-up truck! I guarntee you, if she'd hit him, he'd have stayed hit. She drives like a bat out of hell,

Nowainaminnit.

Colorado tailback Rodney Stewart got in a small car accident Saturday night and wore a blue non-contact jersey in Wednesday’s practice. He was not hurt.

Who said only real Buffs wear black and gold? Put that non-contact jersey on e-bay when you are done with it.

Have a speedy recovery, Rodney. U R teh Real Buff! 1,200 in 2010.
