I agree with you. But let's not bull**** here. His name isn't the best in the business. He needs to be doing it better and cleaner than the other guys.

Right, but these skirmishes also typically happen among linemen who are gutting it out in the trenches. This is dangerously close to becoming a pattern for him.

Seriously though, there was more than enough time after the play or even after his helmet came off for him to assess his actions. He chose poorly. He's displaying the undiscipline, punk thug that we all knew was there after the Boise State game, and that Roger Goodell is infamous for ****hammering into oblivion. Talent or not, Tennessee is setting themselves up for failure here.
 
It makes me think more highly of Eric to tell the truth. Whatever he did to piss off LaBlount, even if it was just playing better, good for him.
