I have been reading all the Threads the last few days. I can relate to the pain you are feeling.

Just some thoughts; It could be good to bring back Mac. in to watch over the program:smile2:, he built that program. Be careful of looking at GREAT players that are coaching now, I see strong support for EB to come back, not the right move, bring him back as an assistant or offensive coordinator:smile2:, let him learn under a good Head Coach. Find a coach that will put defense first, (that wins games) and good young position coaches that want to bust ASS and move up.

I know you all want a Coach with Pac10+2 recruiting ties, but if what ever coach you get is a good recruiter winning will open the doors nation wide!

One last thing, **** can the AD now!!! Save the trouble to do it later.

Let the neg. reps. start.

No neg reps because it was a fairly-spoken post. This part here, though, you are wrong about. Although Mike Bohn has done a horrible job so far in the hiring of coaches, he has done great things for us in other important parts of his job. I would be very pissed if he was fired.

Our AD isnt Pederson or what ever his name was, but outside that not much to argue with. Bohn's done a lot of good, he just needs the "hire coach" power taken away from him.

Rugged I thought many CU fans wanted both Hawkins and Bohn gone after last season:huh:

I would have wanted bohn gone if he hadn't wanted to get rid of hawk. Instead he was ready, willing, and had the money lined up. So good job bohn. Until he got overruled. And that was not his fault

I'm sure a lot of them do, but I'm not one of them and I think the majority, especially those who follow the program more closely, know that he is good for CU. The good things he has done for us are countless.

As for his hiring problems, we are hoping Tad Boyle will be great for the basketball program and hope our next football coach is a good one. If we can get a good new coach, all of Bohn's accomplishments will be very evident.

Mike Bohn has done a lot of good for the CU program outside of wins and losses and I would be very unhappy if he was fired. But Dan Hawkins...he needs to go.

Remember though, Hawk has compromising pics of DeStephano. My guess is Bohn will be fired and Hawk will coach as long as he wants.

Can't be far behind, since he has already had the 'fire coach' power taken away form him last fall.
