Wow! I didn't expect a win today at TAMU. This team's really coming together. I may have to get over there to give a little support on Sunday.

A tie really wasn't a bad result against Texas today. I believe we're the better team and will beat them if we meet in the Big 12 tourney. But for a team that had nothing left in the tank after such an emotional week to play UT to a tie and outshoot them in the process tells me that we've got something special happening with these girls. Young team, too.

Buffs have added a home game this Saturday against Seattle.

This gives us a chance to head into the Big 12 tourney with a .500 record.

Buffs beat the Huskers 2-1 today to qualify for the Big 12 Tourney!

Congrats to our squad! Make some noise!

(I need to update the schedule, but I can't from my phone.)

Buffs finished the season with a 0-0 Tie against the top-seeded Texas A&M Aggies in the Big 12 Tourney. TAMU won the shootout 5-4 to decide who got to advance in the tourney. This was the 9th overtime game of the Buffs' season.

With such a young team and great defense (led by a freshman goalie), the future looks bright for the 2011 Buffs. They need to find some offense, but they proved this year that they've got the talent to play with and beat Top 10 teams.
