When I was a kid, I really wanted a dog. I had my heart set on a bulldog. Happy day, my parents got me the dog and I named him "Bundy". I quickly noticed behavioral issues such as eating rocks and rolling in his own poop. He was not responsive to basic socialization training. I asked the vet about this and was told that Bundy was retarded. We promptly returned him and I have never owned a dog since then.

Anyway, with us playing Georgia this week I ended up seeing a number of photos of Georgia fans. It made me think of Bundy.

You named your dog after Ted Bundy?

You do know why they bred bulldogs right? To take down a bull by the nose. That's why they have flat faces, wide shoulders, and narrow rears, so they can latch on and get whipped aroound, and not get hurt.

Plus, I don't know if a buffalo should make fun of a bulldogs smarts.:) I mean how dumb of an animal can they be, to stand in a huge herd, and let 2-3 hunters sit and shoot 100's of them in a single outing without running away.

That was a true story. The dog was retarded.

(As an aside, I need a PC ruling: Am I supposed to say "special" when it's not a human?)

That reminds me of the scene from "The Office"

"you don't call retarded people retards, thats bad taste, you call your friends retard when they are acting retarded"

This is a good example of "special".

I highly recommend a Bulldog - your Vet will love you but so will the Dog. Not all Bulldogs are Georgia Fans

This one would give UGA a run for his money.

He actually escaped from a courthouse. Climbed out a window, if memory serves.

Holding cell in the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs, if I recall correctly. Pushed aside a ceiling tile and crawled to somewhere he could get to a window....
