CU opponents thus far have beaten ONE BCS team. And that team was us. UH, CSU, CAL, and Georgia are a combined 7 and 12 with no victories over a BCS team not named Colorado.

Scary. ****ing. Stat.

any that is why any talk of giving Hawk an extension is beyond absurd.

I don't think there is anything more pointless than looking at how opponents played other teams and then trying see where we would fall....doesn't work that way, never has, never will....so Hawaii lost to USC by 13 points, and we beat Hawaii by 18, so we'd obviously beat USC by 5 points :rolling_eyes:

The original post wasn't about comparative scores, it was to point out that none of our opponents have any wins that would be considered even somewhat impressive.

Can't I just enjoy being 3-1 for the next 3 days?

It's nice to be 3-1. Why piss on my Cheerios?

What should we wear?

I like where CU is at right now. MU is the second easiest road trip the Buffs have in Big 12 play this season while KU should be a game that the Buffs win or it will be Hawk's job. If we win two road games and win out at home, give Hawk the extension!

I agree, this board would rather be 1-3.......we bitch about losses, we bitch about wins. Why even play...?

4-0 is a mirage, too. According to Sagarin computer rankings, the nubs that voters have put as high as 6th in the country have played the 134th best schedule so far - there are only 120 FBS teams!

And since the topic of convo is "our other teams opponents"

CSU = 17th toughest schedule in nation thus far
Georgia = 11th toughest schedule in nation thus far
Cal = 13th toughest schedule in nation thus far
Buffs = 52nd
Mizzou = 112th

sooooo....think this "BIG TIME" stat may be more applicable to them tigers in black & yellow

Hmmm. Oh... I like the fusker ranking a lot. And our comparison to mizzou would normally give me hope... But this is d2 Danny we are talking about, and this is his kryptonite.
