ON ADDRESSING SPECIAL TEAMS PROBLEMS

Dan, it doesn't matter if he can clinic them or not. His unit does not get it done on the field, going on 5 years now...
 
This will be confirmed when dozens of programs contact Kent after he gets fired in about six weeks.
 
Here's the problem, he said "every special teams in American". "American" is not a place. There are no special teams coaches in American. So technically, Danny is right.

How dumb is hawk? Really, you have one of the worst special teams units in the country and you spew this BS? Results don't matter to hawk. Please fire these morons soon.

Okay. So for five years our special teams have been bad. You know...statistically speaking. They've been ranked poorly.

Coach Riddle has been the guy in charge of special teams.

So what exactly is the problem, if Coach Riddle is so good? Seriously. What's the problem--I want to know so I can complain about it.
 
I think what Hawk is saying is that Riddle is very knowledgeable and a great coach and would teach all the other coaches a great lesson, but it hasn't worked here because the players aren't good enough. Hawk is attacking and blaming the players again. What a ****ing dick.

Either that, or he's saying Riddle knows a lot about special teams but is not able to impart that knowledge to improve his players' performance on the field.

Either way, it's not good.

I didn't ****ing believe you when I read your post. Checked and that is exactly what he said. I was joking, but he seriously is still continuing to blame the players. And he still tries to turn the players against the fans instead of him. He is not a good person.
 
The dude is the worst special teams coach. ever. Literally. None worse. His mentor is better than him. And he sucks balls too. Just less balls.

When you're dealing with that sheer number of balls, it's not really quantifiable.

Wow! Has Coach Hawkins lost the last line of defense? Alferd, while maybe not necessarily tooting Hawk's horn has at least been silent about any disapproval he might feel.

This doesn't bode well for this staff.
 
This is perhaps the most absurd statement that Hawkins has ever made. Akin to Bush saying "Brownie's doing a great job" five days into Katrina.

the real reason our special teams has been so terrible is because hawkins didn't get that extension he needed at the beginning of the season
