Finally made it to Boulder, couldn't find Hawk at the Pearl Street Stampede...

Me and my brother left central Texas at 3 am this morning and managed to pull into Boulder a few minutes into the Pearl Street Stampede tonight I was looking for Hawk, but couldn't find him. Anyone know if he was there tonight? I'm assuming he was but I just didn't see him. (I was going to get a picture of what he was wearing this week...)

However I did manage to meet this guy:

Interesting. I heard Hawk wasn't at the Buff Club luncheon today either.

Maybe he got fired and none of us were told. One can always hope.
 
heckuva drive. i was at my buddy Giuseppe's restaurant tonight and a bunch of early diners (with kids in tow) heading to the Mall.

if true, weird about Hawkins. i think back to the laughable and semi-meglomanaical aspects of the 06 "All Access" show and some of the radio shows.....wtf is going on with this program? Hawkins WAS talking about winning a NC, he "felt" it would happen at CU. Now we are talking about a 2.6 team GPA.

It looks like a pretty standard hat to me, DBT. In fact I think I have same one. Black with a CU logo.

Maybe you forgot to put on your bifocals and thought that Chip (standing on something way in the background) is actually part of the hat. You're not that crazy yet, right?
