I think Harbaugh calls the plays at Stanford. But this guy looks like a fast rising assistant. Maybe a little bit too soon for a HC gig.
 
Certainly a good name to throw out there. Couple of things to highlight...he trained under Jon Gruden for 5 years on the Raiders staff. He would come with both college and NFL ties.

He is responsible for recruiting Colorado for Stanford...and has poached a crap load of players from us.
 
I like him a lot but think the moment Harbaugh goes to Michigan or the NFL he becomes 'the man.' He's a Stanford alum & was born in Cali.
