1. Do the LA schools still get the $2m kicker?
2. Do the LA schools play the NoCal schools every year? I've seen conflicting info about this.

yes, if revenue less tahn 170 mil.
yes, eveyr year. but no other locked interdivision games.
 
I guess that means we'll be seeing an awful lot of Oregon, OSU, Washington and WSU. Not so much of Stanford and Cal. I guess that's the only downside of this entire deal.

Fixed the 2 million part. It's guaranteed for next year, I'm pretty sure, then from 2012 on it's only if revenue is less than 170 million.

Implied next year since the TV contract doesn't happen till 2012 afaik.

Yeah. The only revenue boosts for 2011 come from selling rights to the football championship and a little bit from games and maybe an extra bowl/tourney appearance or two from the 2 new members. It's not enough to overcome the cost of splitting the pie two extra ways.
