Watching ESPiN, and they had a feature on the "rise" of Boise.

Reason for starting a thread, they talked about the "bright minds" that were responsible for BSU's rise to the top.

Houston Nutt, Dan Hawkins, Chris Petersen....

What's amazing is they left Dirk Koetter out of it, thereby implying that Hawk was the actual "brains" behind the Koetter years. Oh my...

Fortunately, "ESPN" and "bright minds" remain only ships in the night, occasionally considering one another, and obviously with no experience together.

Amazing. Nutt coached there 1 year and went 5-6. Then Koetter built the program. CU needs to hire Nutt's PR guy.

CU needs to have nothing to do with Nutt... sad that even Nutt makes Dan Hawkins look like a halfway decent coach... Nutt has just had alot more to work with.
