No technical breakdown needed.

No conference road wins since 2006 and we're 9 point road favorites?!?

I'm going to be honest here. I don't give a flying **** that we're going to be @ Kansas. We could be playing at Dartmouth this Saturday and I would hammer the road dog. Give me a freakin break Vegas!

I don't normally make large wagers, but I have to say I'm going to be unloading my Betus account on this as soon as they get their lines us.

This spread is coming form TheGreek, which is usually the first to post lines.

Vegas is going to get killed on this one.

Kansas is THAT bad! If we don't win this, we don't win another game all year. Kansas is HORRIBLE!!!!

Yep, lose this game and the announcement that Hawk isn't coming back next year needs to be made, because there will now be zero chance this team is going bowling.

The only game I saw Kansas play was against Georgia Tech. I just hope they don't play that way against us. And I hope we actually show up on the road for once.

I don't care how bad KU is. I would take them and the points all day long.

Bingo. The GT game alone makes KU a threat. Anything can happen. Then again, who thought we'd beat Georgia?

+1 and this is the only reason CU is favored. I'll be surprised if CU wins more than four games this season at this rate.

Kansas' third-string QB may be starting for them next week again (also started last week at ISU for them) - their regular starter, Jordan Webb is doubtful with a shoulder injury and their second-stringer, Kale Pick (who started the season but was demoted after Kansas lost to North Dakota State), has a concussion...hopefully their third-stringer, Quinn Mecham, who is a JUCO transfer to KU, isn't the next coming of Todd Reesing...

All KU has to do is load the box. I don't see us winning another game this year and I'm a mother ****ring kool-aid drinker.

Don't forget that KU has a first year head coach in Turner Gill, Hawkins is 1-6ish against first year head coaches. Let alone the road trend.

If the kid is the next coming of Reesing, he will have his coming out party against us. That is just the way things roll for us.

I do get a little hope in them playing with a third string QB - makes up for some of the handicap we have with our QB situation/offensive capability. Hawk will be outcoached by a rookie head coach so the kids are going to have to do something special...please, please, please let Speedy have a record breaking day!

In my book, if the Buffs win it is an upset regardless of what the oddsmakers say.

No matter what the QB does, we always make their RB look like the second coming of Gayle Sayers. David Winbush anyone...?

Kansas is really bad, really bad. That said they actually have hope with a new coaching staff compared to our "on the way out" staff.

I wouldn't bet this one with Rino or Juct's money. Best guess is that this is Hawk's last win at CU. The badness of KU is sufficient to overcome the incompetence of DH and staff so CU wins but not by enough to cover.

This goes down as Hawkin's last win at CU since we then get pounded by an improving Iowa State team and pasted by Nebraska with an ugly loss to a relatively talentless K-State team in between that wins on coaching. (Who would have ever thought that we would be talking about Iowa State having better talent and Snyder being a better coach than what we have at CU.)

It may not be what you are referencing, but I'm still right. Whoop.
