Everything about the press conference in here

Thanks Jens. Guys, let's try to keep this all in one thread if possible.

I keep getting "invalid username or password" when I try to enter the chat... I thought it was open to all, or do I need to be a club member?

:cry:man, these are some courageous words from him. Best of luck to you Hawk. I am sorry for my harsh words in the past...

You know the thank you's were fine. But holy crap, talk about ego. You just got fired we don't want to hear your extended thoughts on the team. He is posing himself for that D3 job.

Good speech by Hawk. He does sound different than the past few times I've heard him talk. Maybe Jens is right and "relieved" it's all over is what the difference is.

Give me a break. He could not have done better in that speech.

Bohn concerned that if he has a successful coach that a bigger program might end up stealing him like in basketball

I did not take that from what he said. Good job, Bohn. Reminding fans we need more money (along telling the school to make the football program a priority).

Jesus H. Christ in a chickenbasket. Listening and typing is obviously not my talent.

He shouldn't have made that speech in the first place.

He just got all kinds of heat for not saying anything after the game. He did exactly what he should have done. Thanked people for the opportunity, apologized for not living up to expectations, said the future is bright, and encouraged the team.
