Interim coach Cabral is making the rounds encouraging fans to come out tomorrow and support the players. Reports of 2,000 tickets being sold for the ISU game is encouraging. The CU Foundation and Buff Club must also be reporting a spike in interest as CU tries to right this listing ship.

I'd like to know what the Internet sCUm are doing?

Personally, I am coming from OOS to attend the game +3 and am lobbying hard for +8.

I'd have come anyway, but not with the same enthusiasm. Thoughts of powder blue are replaced with a cabral friendly Hawaiian CU camp shirt.

The CU Foundation/Buff Club got an unsolicited donation from me with a message congratulating Cabral and wishing luck to the players.

What's your story this week?

I actually wore my coaches sideline shirt to work today for the first time in about a month. I work amongst a gang of Sooners, Aggies and Cowboys who for the most part seem sympathetic to our plight given our common hatred of UT.

Going to the game. Purchased 4 tickets. No way would I have gone if Hawk was still the coach.

I'm going to the game and talking mad **** to every Texas fan I see. I was not before.

Here is a good one: tell them Cody Hawkins is a better qb than foce star Gilbert. When they argue with you, tell them Cody has never thrown five picks in a game and to look at the stats and get back to you... It... Is pretty damn funny. ****ing texass and their Tshirt fans

When i got gas yeterday, I washed and squegeed the back window on my car where the giant CU logo is, but didn't even do the windshield.

After Coach Hawkins was fired I ran around my living room naked spanking my own ass.

Pretty much the same stuff I was doing before he got fired.

I haven't donated extra $$ this week, but I likely will spike up my donation when the renewals come and consider trying to get back my extra 2 season tickets I dropped last year in protest of Hawk being retained.

Amount of the spike depends on who the next HC is.

Follow-up.
Were Jay Jay and Whizzer also doing the cowboy dance?

Was the burrito in your non-spank hand jerk chicken, pulled pork, or fajita beef?

I went to the gym in attempts to get BUFF again....just like the CU Buffs hope to do....all on my way to get a diet jambalaya burrito.

Donated a few bucks and picked up tix to the game this weekend.

Wrote a Check to the Ad, bought CU season basketball tickets to go with my football ones.

I won't be attending this weekends game with a brown paper bag on my head:

...yep, this was step one, a good move in the more important next step and the University will have a few extra dollars from my household

My money stays in my pocket until I see who the next coach is.

I will refer you to this post for my opinion of you attitudes:
You guys are brutal, the man got got the practice facility started for basketball, got us into the Pac-12, then made sure it was the Pac-12 south, and then canned hawkis in the space of 6 months. Show the program some support for once isntead of always wanting more and putting conditions on everything. The more support they get right now the bigger budgets they'll be willing to risk heading into the pac-12 and the better we'll be long term.

Logan is a non-issue just listen to mike any time he's asked, the only ones who bring him up time and time again are his buddies in broad casting, surprised you can't see through that.

As for the rest of your approach to this i hope there aren't more people like you out there because this sort of small minded-ness will pretty much guarantee we fail, we are at a transition point now a rush of support will all but cement us taking the program to a higher level financially. Opportunities like this dont often come along, we haven't had one in almost 5 years. If you want CU to succeed, and you want to be heard, invest in things you care about. Sitting there on your hands without tickets, without donating at a transitional point like this is the worst thing you can do to the future of the program.

Now is the time to support the AD give them the confidence to spend the money we need to win.

Well, I had taken the former HC at his word and was working on a list of things he could do to keep from being a jerk, but it now appears all that work is wasted....I think I''l just attend the game this weekend.

I would edit this to say instead of "Going home from work Friday" to "When Hawk was fired"

"Coming to work Monday morning" is more like "Watching the Buffs for the past 5 years"
