After getting blownout at home against TCU, they get blown out by Notre ****ing Dame!

Just wait till you play good teams consistently yoots!

I actually find this result kind of funny. ND winning this game didn't surprise me all that much, but Utah absolutely killed themselves with mistakes . 2 turnovers, 11 penalties, and they gave up a blocked punt for a TD.

Not that the competition is any better than the WAC, but I think Boise is not going to have as easy a time in the Mountain Dew conference

No Utah. No BYU. Good chance that TCU leaves for the Big East.

MWC will be:

Air Force
Boise State
Colorado State
Fresno State
Nevada
New Mexico
San Diego State
UNLV
Wyoming

That's not a strong football conference. Better than the WAC, though.

I forgot about BYU an the TCU situation. I stand corrected

Once Fresno and Nevada leave, the WAC with its new additions will be pretty week. I think Benson and company are on their last leg

I guess that kind of still leaves me wondering about TCU, too. That Utah win was supposed to be a defining moment. It certainly propelled them in votes, which now it seems unjustified.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how Utah does next year. I've been dogging on Boise/Utah/TCU for years now about how weak of a schedule they play and how much different it would be to have to play good teams every week. I think Utah is a good team and will be good next year, but I think there will be some growing pains as they have to learn to deal with better competition on a consistent basis.
