No, and the biggest reason is that way too much emphasis is put on the record of the team you play for when it comes to the Heisman.

IMO, this bolsters my argument. With someone other than ****stick McPoopbreath at the helm, I think we'd legitimately be sitting AT LEAST at 7-4 now, with 9-2 not outside the realm of possibility.

I don't at all disagree that we'd have 7 or 8 wins right now if he was gone last year like she should have been, but even at 7-4 or 8-3 Speedy would have to be lapping the field in order to have a legit shot at the Heisman.
 
We don't have $h_! for brains anymore, who knows maybe 8 wins without him. Heisman - not on an 8 win team.
