UGA AD says Mark Richt will be back for 2011

Bieniemy is being interviewed today in Minnesota. Colorado needs to make him an offer he can't refuse.

I'll tell you what, if they lose to Georgia Tech this weekend he will be made available to the public at large. If he wins, everything will be gravy for him. Can't lose to the triple-option BS.

this year's version of Georgia Tech is not nearly as good as last year-
it's being played in Athens and the Dawgs are favored by 13 points so don't hold your breath for an upset-

to be quite honest, if Richt can't find a way to beat this years GT squad, we don't want him as a coach.

This could be as much about saving a recruiting class as it is about actual job security. At least I hope.

Daah, you ask that in every thread, and you get the same answer every time: 95-33 overall, 7-2 in bowls, 2 SEC championships, 4 East titles, excellent recruiting classes, top draft picks, coached heisman winning QBs at FSU...and on and on. He's getting killed for these last 2 disappointing seasons and for having a bad record against Florida...he went 8-5 last year, very disappointing. If our sh**iest years mean going 8-5 and not beating Florida, I'll take that in a heartbeat.

Sorry, I didn't think I really ever saw reasons. Thanks for actually answering.

No worries Daah, I just think if UGA actually fired Richt, we'd be very lucky to have him. This season will be his worst at Georgia and they will still be in a bowl game after beating GaTech. His worst team took Florida into overtime and had a 21-7 lead on the road at #2 ranked Auburn, but couldn't hang on. SEC fans are brutal.
