Aside from CU's loss, this has been an awesome holiday weekend in CFB...

The only comparison I can think of in recent memory was the 2004 season which had many "instant classics" at the tail end of the year.

I do not regret sitting on my ass watching CFB for 2 1/2 days straight eating leftover turkey sandwiches and open-faced turkey sandwiches smothered in gravy; because these games have been so fun to watch it makes me forget my misery about CU temporarily.

:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

You are a true CFB fan (as am I).

My two favorite major CFB programs (CU and Michigan) both got their respective asses kicked this weekend ... but the Arky-LSU game and the OU-OSU game provided plenty of entertainment.

I missed the Boise State meltdown because my computer went haywire on me and couldn't access the internet feed aftwer halftime.

I printed out the CFB schedule on Wednesday evening. Taped it on the media cabinet next to the TV with these games highlighted so nobody would F--- with my TV time!

While family, roasted turkey, NFL games, and giving thanks was great; fried Bevo and giving **** you's was better...
as Aggie bending Bevo over and ensuring a losing season for the TexASS tools was perfect humble pie.

Starting off a day-off on Friday with:
West Virginny-Pitt in Backyard Brawl but only until...
Da Iron Bowl: Bama-Auburn in a college football classic, glad I DVR'd it!
I did watch another game near and dear to my heart in this time slot but must admit changing the channel to watch the Iron Bowl finish.
Ducks-Wildcats in a good game until the 2nd half blowout
Boise-Nevada another instant classic, in the Biggest Little Game in the World!

Wake up this morning and catch Fowler and the boys, then onto:
Meatchicken-Pinkeyes then flipping over to Sparty-Nittany, Miami-USF, and I seriously tried to watch some of the Border War but FSN can make any game seem boring, but this one was over quickly anyway, thankfully.
LSU-Arkansas in a freaking awesome game with big plays all day, which left little time to catch the Holy War between BYU-Utah.
Only game I missed that I wanted to watch was Oregon State-Stanford due to taking wife down to "Parade of Lights" for her singing gig.
Okie-Okie Lite. just like LSU-Arky all over again!

Now I'm in CFB withdrawal. seriously. why doesn't Hawaii have a late game tonight? WTF!
