Seems a bit strange to me, but those are the positions he listed as the most dire.

Came from the audio of his press conference. Quote: "We have lots of Safeties, and we need some corners"

Makes sense. Our corners are graduating and our WRs suck especially if the freshman leaves.

I'd respectfully say if BC knows anything about our needs at any position it is LB, if he says we are ok there then I believe him.

True. I think the situation looks tenuous if Major continues to fight injuries though.

I think Cabral is right.

All other positions have good class by class balance.

Wide Receiver has a bunch of seniors next year and then 1 guy in the junior class (Jefferson) and 1 guy in the sophomore class (Richardson) who have shown anything.

Cornerback has nothing proven with the graduation of our senior class. The 2 guys we're highest on right now are Pugh (Jr) and Bell (So). A lot of people would say that Pugh is more suited to safety. This was also true of Jalil Brown. Even Jimmy Smith came in as a safety. Then we've got guys like Vigo who played linebacker in high school and Moten who was a QB. Ambrose or our next DB coach has a lot of work to do so we have depth of true corners on our roster.
