Since we're going back to the pro-style offense, which I love, who are the fullbacks going to be? I understand there's a LOT of competition right now on the team and a lot of the current CU players are telling Embree they want the job. Who are we trying to recruit anyone this year for the spot? Or are we? I know we are interested in that Pendleton kid from OH but is that it? I keep hearing Derrick Webb will take the job, but thats all just hearsay

should have kept Darrel Scott and given him more donughts.

Thats a BIG stretch there buddy. We'll need big at OL BAAAADDD this year.

You know he's joking, right? You see, we used to have this starting guard and then the coaching staff moved him to...oh, never mind...

Matt Bahr and Scott Fernandez played some fullback this year.

Alex Wood is still with the program and can do it.

Tyler Ahles could move to fullback. He was a really good one in high school.

I highly doubt that we move Webb. There's a good chance he starts at Mike LB for us this year.

At mike? Really? he better put about atleast 15 lbs on this year. he's only 220 isnt he? besides what about Major or Nobriga. I'd like to see more or Nobriga myself.

I'm gona take your advice and "Don't argue with an idiot, he'll drag you down to his level and beat you with experience." on that one dip****t

Clearly you missed Daaah's original joke, so here you go noobie, some recent team history:

Baldwin’s Maiava leaving Colorado
Scout.com freshman All-American Kai Maiava (Baldwin '07) is transferring from Colorado after one season. The 6-foot, 290-pound Maiava tied a Buffaloes record with nine starts by a true freshman on the offensive line. He was also named to the Sporting News freshman All-American team.

He cited family problems as the primary reason for his departure. He will finish the spring semester in Boulder before leaving.

"Me and my family have been going through a lot of problems as of late," Maiava said over the phone yesterday. "I'm just trying to get closer to home."

Despite his freshman success, Maiava was asked to drop 40 pounds and move to fullback in the spring, which he didn't like. He said "it played a small part" in his decision to transfer.

I say we cut off his head and mount it on a pike to be displayed to all. Then we can throw his body over the wall!

Major will be at WILL again, I would expect.

Cabral always liked Rippy and Nobriga at SAM, but moved them inside when we switched the defense and cut that position out for Beatty's & Hartigan's LIZ spot.
