Pomeroy has a lot of advanced metrics that it keeps track of. Currently, CU is looking really good for a lot of them.

Alec Burks is #3 in the nation in Offensive Rating (basically, a measure of offensive efficiency) among players who touch the ball a lot.

When all players are factored in, Levi Knutson is #1 in the nation.

Andre Roberson is #3 in the nation in Defensive Rebounding Percentage.

Austin Dufault is #2 in the nation in Turnover Rate.

As a team, CU is #20 in the "Four Factors" (offense/defense). The "Four Factors" are Effective field goal percentage, Turnover percentage, Offensive rebounding percentage, and Free throw rate. This metric seems to be the best in determining how often a team will win.

CU is #6 nationally in Free Throw % and #20 in 2pt FG %. We're 18th in adjusted Offensive Efficiency, #20 in effective Field Goal % [Computed from (FGM + 0.5*3PM)/FGA], and #2 in Turnover %.

Basically, we're a great offensive team with a lot of work to do on the defensive end. When the Buffs play well on the defensive end, we can beat anyone.

i said Roberson was gonna be a beast... you nik and valdez told me he would be a role player at best

I told you that too, and that's exactly what he is. His role is to rebound and play defense. He's doing great at that.

Calling someone a role player is not a diss to them. In basketball, if you aren't one of the best 3 or 4 scorers, then you are a role player.

I'd say Higgins and Burks are the only non-role players. Maybe Relphorde or Knutson also.
