Scarlett revealed his CU offer in a new Scout Interview.

He's got a preference for staying on the West Coast and the in-state schools are recruiting him hard. I'm thinking CU has virtually no shot unless we announce that we're joining the Pac 12.
 
Has reportedly taken all 5 visits now: Cal, Notre Dame, Stanford, UCLA and USC. Doesn't look like we would have much shot of getting in the mix here.
 
Cal is absolutely killing it this cycle. Their DL is going to be ridiculous in about 3-4 years with the guys they brought in this class.
 
"Tosh is who we thought he was. Now if you want to crown him, go ahead and crown his %&$..." Seriously, though, they are putting in some work. Here's to hoping that the other Pac-12 schools will be saying that about our group in years to come.
 
They sucked last year, how are they getting all these good dl? I'm about done with the DT rants, I give up. DE, DT's whatever, for some reason cu can't get bluechip DL here. I hope mcghee and tui will change that but I won't hold my breath.
 
This guy pissed a lot of people off not staying in state. He Probably would've earned the starting job as Oregon State eventually next season. A lot of people are hating on him right now.
