any inside into who he is/was?? I know he played OLB on the 1990 NC team, and did some coaching at CU as well. He is going to be Nebraska's next RB coach.

No, thank you! Just want to know what CU fans opinion of him were. As like I said, it appears he is going to be coaching at NU now. Bo seems to really like him.

That's because Buffs are likable. We're people people. **** you.

Sounds to me like he's just using this as a stepping stone. He'll get some BCS experience there and then go on to his dream job, CU
Congrats to Rich.

Big Red cop: there's the door. :leave:

Former CU coach Bill McCartney remembers a hard-nosed kid with all the
attributes of a great coach:

“Solid. Whole-hearted. Genuine. Talented. Likeable. Team guy. Highly
motivated. Disciplined. Organized. Humble. What else you want?

“That'll put (Nebraska) over the top. They've always needed a Buff.”

Great guy. Awesome teammate and team guy. You guys will love him and he'll fit Pellini perfect. Good for Fish!!!!

I watched a video piece on him about how he has turned Rivers Highschool's football team around. He looks like a hell of a motivator, and great coach. He could quickly become a fan favorite.

I agree. Looks to be a great hire. He has the same mettle Pelini has.

Thanks CU!

Look, the guy has to work his way up; we all understand that. But that's no reason to insult him--he's just trying to do a job.

No insult from me ment. Through the years there have been a few quality individuals with Colorado connections who made names for themselves Coaching at Nebraska. Milt Tenopir and Charlie McBride are two great examples that come to mind.

As I said. Thanks CU!
