This kid is one of my favorite prospects in the 2012 class. He is a threat to score from anywhere on the field. Looks like Embree/Bieniemy are not shying away from the national-level RB recruits.

From Sophmore year film:
"Keith Marshall is a RB out of Millbrook H.S in Raleigh, NC. In 9 games he had over 1,100 rushing averaging 7.5 ypc, and 250 recieving yards. Kid runs a 4.4 forty, squats over 400, and benches over 250. He also has a 4.375 GPA !"

From Junior year film:
"Keith Marshall is a Junior Running Back out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Last season he rushed for 1600 yards and 18 TD's in 10 games. He currently is 5'11, 190 pounds, and runs a sub 4.3 forty yard dash. He's also a great student with a 4.2 GPA !! You can follow him on twitter @truthh4"

HOLY >>>> Did they speed up the game film on this guy. Wow!!! Hits the holes. Has got moves. Oh and very fast. EB can do it. He can get a guy like this.

Good stuff Tatonka. It looks like he increases his 40 time every yr. So does that mean he is going to run a sub 4.2 forty his senior yr??? That GPA would get him into NASA.

Nope. And not just RBs. They're definitely not messing around. What I like is that it isn't keeping them from going hard at the 3* type players they really like. They're just getting after it. None of us should be surprised by that, either. Embree and Bieniemy aren't the type of guys who shy away from competition.

Wow..... Get 'em EB!

Kind of interesting but paging down the list of '12 prospects I see NC, PA, TN, SC, OH, SC, VA, SC.....

We're definitely going national for blue chip types.

And it's about time. Whether we can get them right away or not only time will tell.
But you never touch the stars if you don't at least reach for them.

I'm sure this has been discussed before but what criteria is needed for a recruit's profile to be posted here? Is it that there has been contact, an offer or just the recruit's interest in a school?

It's not like there are hard rules. But the general guidelines are:

- Is the prospect from Colorado and a good enough player to at least be looked at for a walk on opportunity at CU? There's a pinned CO Prep Index for everyone that meets that criteria.

Everything below would get the prospect listed in the Recruit Profile Index that's focused specifically on CU recruiting:

- Does the prospect have a CU offer?
- Is CU known to be recruiting the prospect even if no offer has been reported?

Beyond that, there's some mod discretion. Sometimes we'll find a guy who fits a need, has a connection to CU, or is a guy being fought over in the Pac-12 region.

We're working on finding a vbulletin add-on that would allow us to make charts. Once we have that (and chip's the mod to pester :smile2:), we'll be able to have the Index organized better with a lot of the key info visible in the Index Table, such as whether he's been offered by CU.

Georgia might be the school to beat right now, but my guess is he takes at least a few visits.

Kind of funny that the fans wanted to fire Richt last year, now they won their division and are stocking up on talent again.

Richt was always a good coach. He had a louse DC for a few years. They new guy got a full year with his guys under his belt and they improved a lot. Richt didn't go from great to bad to great.

Uhhh, it's not like Georgia recruiting fell off. Richt never stopped killing it on the recruiting trail.

Rivals #5 class for 2011. #15 in 2010 was, by far, the worst class Richt has brought in going back to 2002 (first year of the database).
