Season Ticket Advice

Going to finally make the leap to buy season tickets. For the past few years, I would go to 5-10 games a year just picking up cheap seats here & there, but just got word on Friday that I'm getting a raise and that money is going straight to BasketBuffs season tickets. I usually just go Gen Admission for my tickets, but I'm curious if anyone has any advice on which sections to go with when I get my season tix.

Corners are a hell of a deal.

I'm in Section 8. I like that side behind the benches and scorers table a lot.

I think the corners are around $120 for the entire season. I think the view is decent there. I am in section 20 and love my seats, they are $255 a piece. I might consider moving a bit lower next year (I am in row 18). I think you can upper bleachers for like $85 for the entire year.

It is gonna be really weird for me to be buying non student tix for the first time ever next year. Gonna have to figure out where I'm gonna sit for bball games.. Football games now, student section for a while longer until I upgrade to decent seats.

I am in the corner as well, row 14, I forget the section. I really cant complain about the seats and for the sum total of about $7.50 a game as buffnik said it is a hell of a deal.

Especially if you buy extras and toss them on Stubhub...

I'm in a corner too - sec 18 - and love the sightlines. Plus, we're right next to the Buff band so we get the spill-over enthusiasm from the band & student section. $120/season - you just can't beat it. Also, never having to deal with the ticket office at the games is well worth the purchase too.

dont forget beer.

We should see a bump in season ticket prices. I think it's a good thing though. We need to support what Tad has been doing in Boulder.

My son and I have been sitting in the corners and the sight lines are great. We have been around row 14 or so and I will be buying season tixs for he and I next year. We also found the super secrete room this last Saturday and it was packed. Nice to get some beers and good food. We would like to catch up with some of you guys before the Nub game. Let me know if you are going to hit the DH and we will make it up to join you for some beers and sodas for the little man.

We sit first row in the corner right next to the band. $120 a ticket, great deal I cannot give up.

The food/beer in the club room is pretty sweet too, but a little pricey IMO. $40 for to soups and 2 beers? But there is always a crazy line, so I cannot say they should lower the prices.

just think that when you buy a beer you support the team.

That is exactly how I justify it. I will admit that I am not much of a fan of drinking before basketball games, dont know why but it always makes me not be as interested in the game, and not as excited.

The corners were what I was thinking of going with. Thanks for the advice guys, I'll try to swing by the ticket office today or tomorrow (side rant - why are they only open until 4:30?!?).

Are the corner seats actual seats or bleachers?

They serve beer at halftimes, which sometimes helps, especially after this past game. I debated not going back upstairs to watch the rest of the game as bad as the 1st half was.
