OK, his name HAS to be pronounced differently than the way I'm seeing it right now.

The stock of talented junior defensive lineman Aziz Shittu (Atwater, Calif./Buhach Colony) continues to rise and more offers are flooding in.
Shittu, an all-state lineman who could play end or tackle in college, will be recruited at the national level this spring. Stanford, Washington State and San Jose State were first out of the gate and you can now add four more schools to the mix.

"UCLA, Colorado, Boise State and Nevada have all offered now too," Shittu said. "Of that group, UCLA stands out a lot to me and is definitely high on my list. I'm actually open to everyone but I do have some early favorites."

One of those early favorites could actually get an early commitment from the lineman.

"I'm going to Stanford's junior day later this month," Shittu said. "It's on Feb. 25 and I've been thinking a lot about committing there. Every day, I go back and forth on whether or not I should commit this early or go through the process.

"[Monday] I was thinking I might commit in the next few days, then I go back to thinking I should wait a bit and not rush into anything. It's obviously a big decision and one I don't want to rush in to. I don't want to close any doors this early and even if I did commit, I think I still might go through the process some more. I just need to talk things over with my sister and I'll go from there."

I copied the whole things since it was already done that way on several other sites. It was from Greg Biggins' Recruiting Blog on ESPN: http://insider.espn.go.com/ncf/blog?name=biggins_greg

His team, Buhach Colony High football, won the Central California Conference championship and advancing to the Sac-Joaquin Section Division II semifinals.

Any known relation to Nigerian footballed Danny ****tu, it is afterall a pretty unique last name.

You know BCS, there probably isn't a joke this kid has already heard about his name. How about we take the high road and see how long we can go without stooping to that level?

Much appreciated.

in all honesty it wasn't intentional...

Aww, c'mon man. You can't expect a name like that to go unnoticed or ignored on allbuffs. It's just too good.

Pretty sure CU doesn't offer that one.

Just like the rap degree that JFly wanted.

I think we have something in the Department of Integrative Physiology, but honestly that website is in Latin.

Has quickly turned into one of the more coveted DTs in the West. Favors Stanford, UCLA, and Washington early, but seems to willing to take his time with the ultimate decision. If he does not commit to Stanford before the summer, I think several teams could get in the race.

any chance?

Why do you always think people are withholding information when they post? I swear, man, you stress more about what may be said between the lines or left unsaid than a psychobitchfromhell girlfriend.

I still love you, though. :smile2:

i was asking for gut reactions.. BB has one of the best gut reactions when it comes to recruiting thats all...

So ****tu seems willing to wait out the process now. He is now talking about a top five sometime this summer, which I think means he will take all his officials. Kid is a monster and has only played varsity football for one season.

Let's go Tui!

He was the DL MVP at the NIKE camp this weekend in Los Angeles. Looks like USC is about to jump into the fray, but Stanford still leads.

This guy's a stud, seen him play a few times last year at the local HS here in atwater. He'd be a good get for CU.

Committed to Stanford per Rivals. Huge get for them.

Btw, I used the search function to find this.
