I was just thinking that we may actually have a decent shot against them and we have OSU to thank for that.

OSU played hard fast and physical, KU has to be tired and sore tonight. I think boyle kept our guys pretty fresh and it was physical but there weren't to many guys getting thrown to the floor like the KU game. One of the morris twins banged up his knee that will be nice and bruised tomorrow.

If CU plays like they did today I dont see how we lose.

KU's size is always going to be really tough for us, but hey, if we keep up the good play we can hang with anybody. Definitely a blessing that Mills and Coney got some minutes today. We just can't let someone out of the blue like Morningstar ****ing kill us again like he did in Lawrence. Hopefully it's the type of game where the Buffs can just hang around and make a move in the final minutes. 12%

No team in the country would be favored against Kansas in Kansas City.

We've got a puncher's chance.

I wouldn't put money on CU to beat KU. They seem to have our number. Plus, I think CU feels like it has accomplished it's goal of getting to the big dance and will let up. KU is used to having a target on it's back and doesn't let up. While it would be great, I don't see it happening.

I think we have to hope KU shoots a lot of 3s/long jumpers. A 33-38% shot is better for us than the more than likely 75+% chance they will be getting in the paint. With how easily hustle players tear up the boards against our small post (Walkup, Godfrey), I think T-Rob will dominate. Roberson has to have a big rebounding effort and guys like Burks and other guards need to be in there as well, especially if KU is taking long jump shots, there will be a lot of long rebound chances. Overall rebounding is what worries me most. Even on the plays where we do get a defensive stop, do we end it there? Or does KU get look after look?

I don't see it happening, especially with how tired Burks looked from playing in back to back games. Maybe someone like Knutson will score 20+ to make it easier and we will get someone else involved that we weren't expecting but I just don't know who.

The key is preventing them from getting offensive rebounds and 2nd chance points. They had a huge advantage on the boards in the first two games. If we can do that the game is a toss up, but thats a big if.

If roberson is in beast mode tomorrow and burks and higgins play similar to today what do you say then?? Plus Levi has yet to make a big impact in the tourney, I hope tomorrow is his day.

We will see but I am starting to believe this team has something special in it. While common sense says 30% or less, I am going to say we will win this game. Look for Roberson, Higgins and Burks to show up at the same time. We will be in this game and a strong second half will carry the day. Buffs will win! Go CU and pass the koolaid!
