What they don't show is how many takes for each throw......would guess that 90% of the people in this forum could do just about any of that with the right amount of attempts
Older brother: "You know what would be sweet, if you stood over there against that brick wall with a can on your head and we let my little brother try to knock it off with a football."
Other dude: "What if he hits me in the face or nuts?"
Older brother: "I'll be filming the whole thing - if he knocks it off they'll probably put it on Sportcenter, and if he hits you in the nuts we'll put in on Tosh.0 so either way we'll be famous."

Older brother: "C'mon, I'll let you borrow the Victoria's Secret catalog I stole from my sister."
Other dude: "Fine, but seriously he better not hit me in the nuts."
