Another tragic passing of someone way too soon.

Really sad.

Sounds like it was street drugs. I wonder what the hell happened to kill a guy his age who is in peak physical condition. Regardless, I feel really bad for his family and those close to him.

He's had back problems so I'm guessing it was his pain pills, not sure if they were prescribed though.

Since forever, that's how you get highest off of them.

From what you saw in high school and now college, I was wondering if you could comment on something. I've been told that the young ens don't really do coke and those type of drugs much these days because it's so easy to get prescription drugs. Is that your impression?

Yeah it's pretty much weed or pills from my experience in college and high school. Pills are very easy to get a hold of since people with prescriptions usually sell the ones they don't need. I've never heard of someone doing coke but I'm sure their is but I haven't personally experienced it. I know weed is huge nearly everywhere but that's not a drug one bit, I don't get the pill thing though, seems far too risky and too easy to get addicted and move on to harder drugs or OD.

mixing oxycodone with alprazolam (xanax) is a deadly combo, double downers - opiates and benzos. shockingly lost my one of my best buddies from CU to this last summer. Rest in peace Austin

There is a huge problem abusing pharmies. and yes, snorting oxy is more common than most of you can probably imagine, we're talking 10-20x stronger than vicodin here...and mixing it with something like alprazolam...death wish...
