VCU is increasing student fees to pay for basketball. If this happened in boulder people would freak out. Even more so if they increased fees for football. Crazy how other schools actually value their athletic department opposed to seeing them as a burden.

Actually we did a deal like this with the students a while ago, that is part of the reason they are in 117
