Big showing at the Trenchman Academy camp in LA this month. http://colorado.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1204855

The nasty 6-foot-6, 275-pound prospect was too busy manhandling players, getting challenged by others who wanted to make a name for themselves and going all out Saturday at the Asante Trenchmen Academy at West Los Angeles College.

Offer list is exploding. It looks like Oregon, Notre Dame and Michigan are the leaders even if he hasn't fully admitted it. Still early, though, and the CU offer is new.

There are 3-4 OL on the West Coast that will push for 5* status and neither Magnuson nor Murphy are in that group. Thus underrated.

I hear what you're saying. Keep in mind that this is by far, and I mean by far, the best OL class in the West in over a decade, and since all of the major recruiting sites (Scout, Rivals) have started...

There are probably 4 guys this year who would've been #1 last year. This is definitely a year to load up on OL.

Didn't mention us, sadface. Sounds like he wants a USC offer pretty bad and wants to go to the same school as someone named Isaac? I want to say there's a pretty highly ranked guard named Isaac from Oregon, but not sure. BB or nik know?

Could be Isaac Seumalo. Sometimes these guys make friends on the camp circuit.

btw, that's a guy I'm a bit surprised we didn't offer.

Serious, give him a call Embree! If McNamara, Dillon, Magnuson, and Seumalo want to all go to CU, I'm down with it.

Seumalo's dad is the defensive line coach at Oregon State. Most of what I have read is that it will take quite a bit for him not to end up in Corvallis.

As far as Magnuson goes, it sure seems like Michigan is going to be one of the teams in the end. Hoke's ties to San Diego County are really helping the Wolverines here.

Meatchicken

Hoke will make some inroads into southern California, especially SD county.

National pundits were unimpressed with the Brady Hoke hire because he was not Harbaugh or Miles, but I think he is going to do well there. I expect Michigan to continue to pull top SD County talent in the coming years.

Another player who received an offer this week from USC. Doubt he flips from Michigan though.
