Another early offer in Texas. Gray plays slot receiver and returns kicks for Westside. Early favorites seem to be Texas A&M, Oregon, and Tulsa so we have some ground to make up.

Latest rivals update from the Texas Tech site has Tech leading. He went to their junior day and I get the feeling he will commit there sooner rather than later.

We are in much better position with his two Westside teammates we have offered.

I agree. When you skim through everything on Gray, it sounds like he wants to play in a spread offense. If he thinks that is the best opportunity for him and he is also giving the home state an advantage, our odds aren't good.

Tech still leads here, but he seems intrigued by CU and Utah as well. Wish we could get him up to Boulder with Catalon for Junior Day, but he runs track so that is looking very doubtful.

Not much new here, but we lost a foothold with the loss of BJ Catalon. He is continuing to gather offers. Gray would instantly upgrade our offensive speed and I hope we can get a visit.

Beating Stanford should be a goal for our boys this autumn. After saying that Stanford is a good school would rather lose to Stanford than lose to the likes of Boise in recruiting.

 makes a lot of sense, since we have to face Stanford every other year.

Is Stanford heading to the spread or something? 4 WRs this year, 2 of which project as slot receivers. At least we don't have to worry about them coming in on our WR recruits this cycle.
