New Interview with Ryan Miller on Rivals (free content)

Great interview. I am getting anxious to see the product this fall. The next several weeks can not go by fast enough.

i hope so. i'm a big fan of Ryan.....see him out running by himself on the practice fields. the kid will get an NFL payday and if not it won't be for lack of trying. he and Major, Colorado kids who could have gone anywhere.....stayed home and shoulder to shoulder.

Dexter actor on the commercial is meh.

I too have a Miller mancrush. I' love his attitude, his fire. He definitely has what this team needs. He is going to be a heck of a leader for the team this year.

I really like his comments about the strength and conditioning. This team will be able to finish.

Been there done that. I have no doubts about Miller and his dedication. I'm just ready to see our team back it up on the field.

This. It all sounds good and everything, but I doubt I'll be getting truly excited until about halftime of the third game in a row when we're ****stomping someone into the ground.

Good interview - now let's see it. Unfortunately we heard similar things going into '09 and '10 - but with the passion and knowledge this staff has, let's hope that with so many Seniors the team can get on a roll and surprise some of these morons who don't know what CU football is capable of doing. Getting to a bowl game would be ****in awesome - who knows what will happen, the Pac has certainly been known to be unpredictable at times.

Isin't this exactly what Darian Hagan said prior to the '09 season; how did our run game turn out that year... a whopping 2.8 yards per carry and 88 yards per game. Let your play do the talking Ryan.
Since DH is still coaching the running game, we're running the exact same offense, and we have the exact same staff and players, it will probably turn out to be exactly the same. Good point. Keep 'em coming.

What offense did we run? Please tell me, Id like to know cause I didnt see an identity on O or D the whole damn time Hawk was here. Also special teams has been especially not special but terrible lol.

miller has been a great quote for a while now. i'll wait to see how they perform on the field.

My favorite quote from Miller was about Marshall, something along the lines of "Coarch Marshall knows what he wants and he's going to get it from you..."
About F' ing time!!

I had the privilege of meeting Ryan's mom and dad at the game in Stillwater. They were very nice.

Work on that reading comprehension, that's not at all what I said. I'm sure our run game will be better then '09 (can't be much worse), I just don't need Ryan saying how dominant it's going to be just like Hagan erroneously did that year; go and prove it on the field. Ryan's twitter feed often contains hyperbolic statements such as this one which are typically then followed by mediocre games.

I think you should work on yours. Not what you said it's how u said it. Think a few folks here actually know the game just a bit, maybe even played too. Like Mount Miller gives a **** what u need
, lol, no wonder u got a Stoud nomination. Everyone wants results jackfuk, ur no exception. We had a back get 1300 with God knows what as an offense. Maybe, just maybe, we get a surprise.

Better yet JRK, why don't you head on over to the field and tell Miller what you think about his comments in person. Mick knows when he is over there if you need specific times.

Ryan Miller looks like he lost a ton of fat in that video. I'm excited to see how the change of strength and conditioning coach affects the team on the field. Pittman was probably the biggest joke on a staff full of jokes

I saw him at Einstein's a couple weekends ago and I can vouch for that. He is a mountain of a man and it looks like it's mostly muscle. I'm not sure if he's quite at Solder body fat percentage levels yet but if not, then he's close.

Bump

And here are a couple more gems from Ryan...

Rmiller73

I will not tolerate mediocrity. I will dominate my opponents.
Rmiller73

Don't care about the weather, about those who said I can't, those who say I'm too soft... my ring size is 15.
Rmiller73 Ryan Miller

You cannot out will me, you will not out work me, my desire is unmatched, my Passion is life consuming, my sacrifice is unending

Ryan Miller quotes are about as inspirational as the message inside a fortune cookie.

Time to shut up and let the product on the field do the talking. So far the product has failed.

I hate to say it, but the way the OL played v. UH made me wonder if they could impose their will on Mullen...

The o-line needs to step it up or this team is never going to have a running game, and Hanson will get killed while running for his life.

Look ,fellas..... Ryan Miller could be Dean Steinkuhler reincarnated and not look great with the center and left side we have right now. O-line is a collective pursuit that requires all of the players to at least be adequate at performing their assignments. There are folks to the left of center who may not be physically capable of that in my opinion. That said, I would expect a great deal of improvement even on the left in the next game. These kids could be world-beaters in a couple of seasons but in an ideal world it would be couple of seasons before they saw the field.
