Bricks going to Hawai'i

I thought this was pretty allsome from the CUBuffs.com article here: http://www.cubuffs.com//ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=600&ATCLID=205263968

ONE BRICK AT A TIME: Several players said their luggage for the Hawai’i trip will include the symbolic bricks Embree presented them when camp opened in August. (See column from 8/6/11; Brooks: This Is Not Just Another Brick In The Wall)

I think that the baggage handlers will LOVE this... In all seriousness I think that it's REALLY cool that the players are buying into this program and the tradition as much as they are. When they unpack in Hawai'i they'll get those bricks out, set them on their nightstand (or in their beds if they're really dedicated) and remember what this is all about. This isn't a vacation... this is a ****ING BUSINESS TRIP and one where they WILL take care of BUSINESS. Gotdamn... how can three days feel like a lifetime??

If this were a BUSINESS TRIP, they'd be taking laptop cases, a sport coat, business cards, and a box of condoms.

time to bring BRICK back!

oops, #wrongbrick

Just watch... TSA will confiscate every brick. I love those guys.

i got to my dad's house a few years ago around Christmas and "someone" had spilled (or poured) about 1/3 of a bottle of red wine into my clothes in my duffel. i was amazed....party time at TSA is one thing, but for real? even the "we searched your bag" card had wine on it. weird.

That's crazy... it wasn't on the outside of the bag or anything? Just wonder if it broke from someone else's bag that was on top of yours or something. That's insane either way.
