USC students welcome us to the Pac-12!

That **** is hilarious. I would rep you, but I hate your guts. Nice video, though.

That vid would be more genuine if everyone on camera wore USC cheer sweaters to highlight those sexy physiques.

Different world in the Pac. All jokes aside, we seriously have one of the better fan bases in the conference.

Last year pregame in Berkeley, I overheard a few Cal students talking. One asked "Where is Colorado anyway, and why do they have so many fans here?", another answered "It goes California, then Nevada, and then Colorado is next to that". another goes "Yeah, that's right". Some geniuses, those Cal students! Reminded me of the South Park episode with Gov. Schwarzenegger

There's a pretty good YouTube response to this video that I'm trying to find... might have been taken down though... let me see if I can dig it up.

EDIT: Nevermind, that was for UCLA.

Good thing you said "pregame" because I know you couldn't hear sh*t after our cannon went off so many times from the touchdowns at the game. You should visit during Halloween:

That said, F*ck USC...GO BEARS!

I'm not going to deny that, but hey, you have to make noise somehow right? Aside from your fans yapping on their cell phones, there wasn't exactly anything in the way of crowd volume. It's so cute being in the Pac-12 and having one of the better fan bases without changing a damn thing.

Feel free to send another pic, 1 is decent, but 2 isn't really up to par. You are the guests, after all

So you really think you'll bring as many fans as we had in Berkeley last year? I expect a good showing from all you curious Pac-10'ers, but our crowd was impressive last year, especially given the circumstances of just how atrocious we were (at least we can take pride in something from that experience). I'll be a fair judge of it, taking a few days off and flying out to Boulder tomorrow

Nice pix...way to rep. No. 1 and 3 gave me a chub. To answer your question, no...lots of CU alum in the Bay Area and up from So. Cal so I figure only half were from Boulder or alums outside the Bay Area. But...that's why y'all are such a good fit for the PAC. Welcome home. Good showing nonetheless. There will be plenty of us in Boulder mostly alums but we're some of the classiest travelers in the country. Good luck in selling out your stadium and props to you for flying out and representing. Good luck to your O-Line. Pacific 12 Conference, the Conference of Champions.

Go Bears!

Man I love when things get blown out of proportion and I also love comedic racism.

Looks like this just made the DC

http://www.dailycamera.com/cu-college-sports/ci_18839700

While I do find the video really funny, it is also extremely racist and I cannot believe Fox Sports actually thought this was ok to air. I thought it was a joke at first and some guy just made a fake Fox Sports mic.

At the end he says something about it being a bogus tv station. I think it is affiliated with fox, but not like FoxNews or whatever. In any case, what fox finds acceptable to air never ceases to amaze me.

Hmm, I wonder if it's a coincidence that the day I post this video on here the BDC runs a story about it. It's a week old and only had been viewed a couple thousand times so it's not exactly like it went viral.

I've had this professor for a class (he is Asian). He is a sports nut and a pretty funny guy though so this isn't one of those cases of a CU prof just being completely disconnected from the world outside of the school. That being said he's wrong. The students who come from Asia make zero effort to assimilate into "our" culture or socialize with people of other ethnicities. I dont blame them, if I went to school in another country I wouldn't either but the stereotype that Maeda complains is being perpetauted by this clip is in this case accurate. And this guy is a comedian, this was hardly suppose to be some serious news story and it turned out to be pretty funny. If this was produced by Leno or Letterman no one would have a problem with it. I can't wait to to see all the bitching in the comment section below the story from all the righteous Boulder liberals.

You're a ****ing moron. That **** is embarrassing to have on this board. Please get out of here.

I don't see how this is racist. Debatable certainly but not racist.

I'm not sure that it's racist either. Would we be calling it racist if the video interviewed a bunch of foreign students from France who did not care about football and pronounced Colorado with a heavy accent? It certainly makes fun of foreign exchange students, but racist? I think it's just poor taste.

If these were African students, you'd see protests from Jackson and Sharpton, a invite to a beer summit at the White House and black panthers threatening his life. You can kick around asians and they generally don't make a fuss.

I find that racial sterotype offensive! Asian people can be just as tough as black...I'm sorry, I can't continue. I was only kidding.
