How much longer do you see it lasting, or do you think they replace the teams they are losing?
 
It all hinges on OU and Texas. If one of the 2 says bye, the conference is dead. This could be the case tomorrow or in 5 years.
 
I think it will survive in some form.

Agreed,if the schools left behind had the ambition to keep it going they could.Dangle the automatic BCS bid and they'd easily find schools to fill those vacated seats(assuming the Big12 keeps its automatic bid).If Baylor would stop worrying about what everyone else does and grow some balls they could find themselves in a conference much more on par to their competition level.
 
Eh, even if the Big 12 survives this, Aggie is gone as soon as the TV contract ends in 2014 etc.
