Don't know where the 3rd kid is from or whether it is one of the CS kids who is already committed

Soooo we need a big day.

We've known about Caruso and Sanders for a while (thanks to Adam at Rivals). REALLY hoping it's Josh Scott to be the third and that they tie him to Caruso the entire weekend.

If this class can end up with Scott, Gordon, Caruso and Wallace...

Wow.

Also on campus this weekend according to the CU basketball twitter feed:

Higgins, Relphorde, Burks, Trent Beckley and Dwight Thorne III. Caruso, you know you want to be a part of the family!

It sounds like we will accept commits from both Caruso and Sanders if either decides to pull the trigger.

Sanders is getting a rep as a lights out shooter. Caruso is a very versatile guy who can do everything from the wing, even be a point forward in a motion offense.

Also, it sounds like Chen is playing well enough that the coaches would have no problem taking 4 instead of 5 this year if we can't get 3 of our top targets. Chen would likely be put on scholarship again and we'd have a 2013 schollie for after he graduates.

Burks was also on campus yesterday.

I'm not going to lie, Sanders surprises me. I was under the impression that our top targets right now were Caruso and Wallace, with Sanders in the group behind. If we end up taking five this year, I really wonder what that means for next year's recruiting.

Chen? Really? I mean, I'll support him as long as he's a Buff, but would rather see us use that schollie on any of the guys were targeting in the next class.

If they hold out too long, they may end up with nothing...

Honestly, that's a risk I'd be willing to take. Both for class balance and for the 2013 class in which we're already working on landing a whale. We're in on some DAMN good players.
