Just keep him away from Rihanna
In all seriousness, im loving all the recruiting this staff is doing i feel like people are starting to hear our name everywhere.

I believe anybody named Chris Brown should automatically be offered a scholarship to play running back at CU.

I think AZ has said this kid is top 2 with Payne on EB's wish list, so that tells me he's pretty ballin'. That said, I just like Payne and some others better (Byron Marshall for one). Brown looks pretty damn fast, but I'm just not a fan of RBs that excel at bouncing runs to the outside a lot because at the upper levels vs. good competition it's not going to work as well imo.

Either way, he wants to take some official visits so.. no commitment from him for awhile.

Another Chris Brown? sweet. It's a shame the first Chris Brown had to get injured. He was well on his way to 2,000 yard season in 2002 and probably would have been a Heisman finalist.

Let's get a commit Chris. It's destiny. EB is the best around! Bleed Black and Gold!

c'mon Nik what's the news on him?

His vision is off the charts. A lot of you will talk down on bouncing it outside thinking it's an easy way out in HS, but Chris does it at the right time. BTW he's much faster than 4.5.

Like his vision too, looks like a very good running back. Would take him and Dennis Smith. A nice one, two punch, thunder and lightning combination.

"I want to keep my options open right now," Brown said. "I'm going to visit Arizona (Sept. 16) when they host Stanford so that should be an exciting weekend. I'm also close on setting visit dates with Utah and Colorado. I'll take these visits for sure and then I'll figure out where my recruitment is at and if I'm ready to make a decision or not. Right now, I don't have a leader but I like these schools I'm visiting a lot."

Thought we were out of the Chris Brown sweepstakes with Crowder and Payne on board; not that I would have an issue with getting him.

I'm sure that we'd like to sign 3. I also think there's a possibility that Crowder could end up as a grayshirt depending on the recovery time for his knee.

I hope he likes the number 22 and running over fools who think they can tackle him. Also, I hope his sternum is extra strong, and resistant to bruising. Must also wear sun visor.

****ing sternum. We would have 2 Heisman trophy winners if not for his sternum.

This is awesome. Loved watching Chris Brown.

Almost a certainty. He is looking at 18 months for full recovery, so starting as a part time student in the fall, moving to full-time in the spring preserves a year
