Under Armour and Nike?

LSU and Nike today unveilied the "Pro Combat Gear" uniforms that the football team will wear in the Auburn game. I know those gloves are supposed to be the eye of the Tiger, but they look like some strange creature to me. So far this season it seems like everybody is wearing all this strange $21t that Nike and Under Armour produce. Anybody out there know what kind of money is involved in this? What the university gets for dressing it's team up like a bunch of clowns for Nike and Under Armour?Auburn_game_nike.jpg

People get way too worked up over uniforms.
Agreed. Especially people on this site. The majority of the pro combat jerseys are sick and so are ASU's. I wish they didn't make them all black, but we have no control over that.

For everyone yelling at uniform changes my thirteen year old was watching the Duck game the other day and said they are her new second favorite team because she really thought the neon green shoes and numbers were cool.

Nike does not care that 35 year old does not like the jersey, they are marketing to a different demographic.
