    I'm for an offense that doesn't settle for FGs, so it's not a Mata issue at all. I want competition at all positions and I think Becker and Mata could have made each other better. This gives the impression Becker didn't want to compete for the starting job even though he'd be in the spotlight...

    Mata was 12 of 13 on FG last year with the one miss being blocked. Longest FG made was 38 yds, although it looks like JSU didn't settle for many FG. He was 50 for 51 on PAT's

    Prayers for Mike Leach to have a successful recovery and I hope it's not too soon to post this, but I'm having this doom feeling and I need to be talked down. If the unfortunate illness of Mike Leach causes Mississippi State to need a new HC, are we at risk of them making a run @ Prime?

    I filled out the form on Tuesday but called the the ticket office today and they encouraged me to put down a $150 deposit. It won't guarantee me season tickets, but the deposit can be used for single game tickets so we'll see. I wish I put the $150 deposit on Tuesday to get a higher priority...

    I think it's time to support the program so I'm going to get 2 season tickets. Can an expert on here recommend the best process to obtain them...and what seats/sections I should target? Not sure about level 1 vs level 2... guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!!
