  1. RG needs to move quickly.

It'll be funny when everyone is blindsided by who RG hires. But but that guy wasn't on any list I saw
  2. Buffs Vs Utes Score Prediction

    Snowy and cold- 21-7 Utah
  3. Don Brown - DC University of Michigan

No doubt Tosh would be a gamble. But any coach they hire without HC experience would be a gamble. Tosh would be a great gamble to take the way I see it. There is no doubt in my mind he would recruit at the level that would put CU in a position to compete for the PAC12 title every year. One thing...
  4. Don Brown - DC University of Michigan

An Alabama coordinator would be good but not the offensive one!
  5. Jim Leavitt - Frmr DC University of Oregon & Colorado

We could go with JL or we could go with a different defensive coordinator who is an ace of a recruiter, younger, dynamic personality and has some serious PAC12 ties and worked under some of the best HC's in the country most recently the best one ever!
  6. LaVissska best CU player since ...?

How is there not more mention of Chris Brown? His 2002 season was total dominance. Viska is the first guy since Brown who could completely take over a game. 9 of 12 games he went for over 100 yards and it wasn't like he barely broke 100 in most of them. In those 9 his rush totals were...
  7. Top remaining targets known:

Having Ty Robinson play TE and not DE would be a huge mistake. I think Pop will be a better then average TE and that will change the perception. I don't think the offensive staff is against throwing to the TE but they just haven't had the talent there to utilize. Jones is an unknown there but he...
  8. Best CU QB of all time

Had it not been for injuries the answer would be Craig Ochs and the only debate we would be having is who the 2nd best is.
  9. Montez’s 2018 Season - Thoughts?

The good thing with this situation is at least now there is talent behind Montez (unlike with Sefo) so if he does not improve I think they will gladly put Lytle out there. If Montez is going to still make mistakes that freshman do then might as well play the freshman. I'm rooting for Montez to...
  10. Official 4/27 Weekend Recruiting Thread

Hopefully they land at least 2 of these guys this weekend. Don't let them leave Boulder until they commit!!!
  11. Bigger Stronger Faster

Speaking of home run hire how about the job Drew Wilson has done over the last couple years. That guy has done wonders for the S&C of this team.
  12. If you were AD... MacIntyre's job security

Kind of like the current HC at CU?
  13. If you were AD... MacIntyre's job security

He's stated before that he would love to coach in the PAC 12 again. CU has everything that you would need to win and recruit at a high level. This isn't like when they hired MM. Also his history at ASU and everyone involved knew he should have been given the keys to that program. If they were...
  14. If you were AD... MacIntyre's job security

There are actually several G5 coaches that would do a better job then MM at CU and Mike Norvell is one of them. And no CU isn't getting Urban Meyer but why should they sit around and except 4-5 win seasons every year?
  15. If you were AD... MacIntyre's job security

Top name on that short list of coaches should be Mike Norvell. I do ultimately think without a bowl win this season RG will not retain Mac. RG is a patient man but there is only so much losing he can handle.
  16. '19 CA OT Jason Rodriguez (Signed to USC)

I agree they need to breakthrough this year and it needs to be a consistent top 30 class every year. With the right coach I think they could be top 20 every year. Looking at 247 for the 2018 class it looks like they were 52nd nationally and 10th in the conference. That isn't good enough. Nowhere...
  17. '19 CA OT Jason Rodriguez (Signed to USC)

That's true but the frustrating part is CU could significantly close the gap in recruiting with different people running the football program. Will we ever compete in the top 10 in recruiting every year like USC, no probably not but being ranked in the 50's is unacceptable. Until they change the...
  18. '19 CA OT Jason Rodriguez (Signed to USC)

CU does get theirs they just aren't nearly as good as USC's.
  19. Official Spring Practice Thread

This one of the things I have thought about since they promoted Adams to CO-offensive cord is Mac likes having 2 DB coaches plus that's his specialty as well so basically 3 guys coaching the DB's yet for the 0-line which is arguably the 2nd most important position group in football they put a...
  20. Official Spring Practice Thread

Seeing that depth chart at safety is a bit worrisome. But if Aaron Maddox is fully healthy and Evan Worthington is too that'll at least give them 3 quality players at the safety position (Fisher)
