    I certainly don't think that Nebraska has a better program than Colorado. However, Illinois has a better program in nearly every regard: 1. Money (obviously CU is strapped for Cash right now while Illinois is ready to shell out the big bucks for a coach) 2. Facilities 3. Program Tradition...
