I wouldn't be suprised. We should find out tomorrow for sure.
there is a thread at "the other site" saying Big Erick is ineligible...again.
Anybody know it that is true?
If it is, it is Clint Werth part two. An OL who was supposed to be an impact player, but a no go. In Erick's case, an inability to get eligible. Is it grades? How hard can a Sociology class be anyway?![]()

One player who did not join his teammates Monday was guard Erick Faatagi, as coaches received word that he has been determined to be academically ineligible for the fall semester. A fifth-year senior, his CU career is officially over, thus the coaches decided to bring another player into camp who originally was not going to report until the first day of school.
Unbelievable.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
Man oh man. Lets hope MTM is ready to kick some ass.
Its a shame to lose your final year of eligibility, seems like a couple of Barnets old guys have had trouble staying with the program. Some of the newer kids have as well, I hope this doesn't become a recurring problem for us under Hawk. Having a half dozen scholarships ruled ineligible becuase of grades is brutal.

A waste of a perfectly good scholarship.
I know they would never do it...however when you sign a scholarship it is an agreement. They pay for school, you play football and go to school. If you do not pass classes and can not play...then they should take your scholarship (even in your last year) and give it to someone who wants to be there. If this is true about Fataagi then he is an![]()

Did he ever play for us? Schollys should be based on if you can play; he cannot play anymore, so his should get pulled. Period. enough of this ****.
