Wonder if he could eventually grow into a DT.
Also, Denver Johnson must have some contacts in the San Antonio area. We have offered four guys in that area and I do not remember it being a focus in the past.

I'm not going
Sounds like we have a pretty decent shot if he doesn't go with aTm
Come on, come on, come on!!!!
Bring him in hawk........
I like our chances here.
He got the Baylor offer, which he really wanted. Said the other offer he wants (and it would create a toss up between the 2 schools) is Oklahoma. Lists his Top 5 as: Baylor, Minnesota, Houston, Colorado, and Texas-San Antonio.
He's really impressed with the academics at Baylor and the fact that they're on the rise. Who knows, though? If Baylor doesn't turn the corner this year and CU does, we could still be in good shape for him if we can lock down a visit.
Gave his verbal to Baylor.
Not showing verbal to Baylor anymore on Rivals.

No one is reporting a Baylor commitment any more. Hmmmm.
Also, based on his measurables and evaluations, I'm moving him to DT.
No visits taken and none scheduled 1 week before LOI day? Non qualifier......
Probably. If I'm CU, I'm looking at some of these guys who are on the wrong side of the qualifier bubble and taking the extra commits up to 25. A couple might just make it and, if not, there's also a chance they could end up being late qualifiers like Moten was for us. If they're super-talented, what do we really have to lose by giving it a shot?
What we have to lose is more bad press/feelings towards the university. What I see around the message boards when a player doesn't get in is a lot of tirades blaming the university for not supporting the football program. That's going to create more ill will and apathy among the fan base, which is something I don't think the program can afford right now. It doesn't make any sense to me to extend an offer to a kid that the staff just doesn't feel will make it. Maybe that's what's going on here, maybe not.
