    Waking up this morning...

without out a thought I put on a CU t-shirt, a light weight CU jacket and CU hat. Still love the school, the program and the players. That ****ty, asshat coach is ****ing up my team but not going to abandon them. Hopefully only a few games left with him. GO BUFFS!

    Re: Waking up this morning...

After attending the game, stewing about it the entire drive home I thought a good night sleep may be the cure. Woke up this morning and I am more pissed than before.

A few things I noticed at the game.
There was absolutely no emotion to the players before the game started. Looked like they were walking to class instead of getting ready for a football game.

When Cody went into the game the small contingent of CU fans went crazy. In fact one guy got a five minute lecture from an older gentlemen who was sitting next to Misti Hawkins. Not sure what the guy said but it obviously upset someone.

The defense is the only thing that is holding this team together. Like how Polk is developing. Heard his name way to many times on tackles. Not sure what has happened to Major.

Special teams is a disaster. Someone needs to tell "Clank" that it's alright to put the ball between the uprights without hitting the goalpost. There are no additional points to be earned by hitting the post. Also if someone would block the long snapper and the guards on each side of him on punts we may be able to field a ball without having a player right in the returners face. The returner has no time to field the ball. Why am I seeing this and the coaches are not. I believe it's Mohler and Burton who just give the bullfighter ohle to them and then rush the three guys that are in front of the punter.

Offense is a trainwreck. No identity at all. Way to many second and longs that turn into third and longs. The trend for penalties continues and is killing us. Someone needs to tell the receivers to continue to move once there route is over if Tyler is extending the play. You can see they don't know what to do, many times they were literaly just standing there while Tyler was running for his life.

I would like to see Hawk take the headphones off like Mac did and let his assistants run the game. I would love to know if he is running the offense, calling what play he wants or what. But let the assistants do there jobs without being second guessed.

    Rant over.
